Our client, an esteemed AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their office in Sarasota, Florida. They are seeking a strong litigator that has an interest in construction, real property litigation and/or financial services litigation. Responsibilities 

• Communicate with clients, partners and other members of the practice group, and additional stakeholders regarding case developments. 

• Manage a caseload consisting of a variety of construction and litigation matters. 

• Provide support to the financial services litigation practice group. 

• Attend and defend depositions, as well as appear at court hearings. 

Qualifications 

• 2-5 years of litigation experience. 

• Experience with construction and/or real property litigation is preferred. 

• Experience with banking and/or financial services litigation is a plus. 

• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills. 

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter. 

• Must be licensed to practice in Florida. 

• Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
