Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with a background in Insurance Defense, specifically handling general liability matters. This associate will sit in their collaborative and growing Philadelphia office. 

Responsibilities 

• Communicate with clients, partners and other members of the practice group, and additional stakeholders regarding case developments. 

• Manage a caseload consisting of general liability matters from inception to resolution. 

• Attend and defend depositions, as well as appear at court hearings. 

Requirements 

• 2-5 years of litigation experience. 

• Experience litigating insurance coverage matters is a plus. 

• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills. 

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter. 

• Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. 

• Licensed to practice in New Jersey and/or New York.

• Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
