Our sophisticated AmLaw 100 client is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Richmond, VA office. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions and develop your legal skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. The anticipated base salary range for this role is between $215,000 to $275,000 commensurate with experience and skill set. You will have the opportunity to join a widely regarded go-to legal resource for lenders and loan servicers in the multifamily finance sector in the U.S. 

Requirements: 

• 1-4 years of real estate and/or real estate finance experience 

• Eager to learn and grow 

• Possess a strong work ethic 

• Excellent academic credentials 

• Effective communication skills. 

Must have a Juris   Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in the state of Virginia.
